A NIGHT OUT

A Night Out is but the latest collection in the industry shaping newcomer that is Fenty Beauty. Founder Robyn Rihanna Fenty knew that she would have obstacles in penetrating the beauty industry as a woman of color. Despite this, or in fact because of this, she knew that is was necessary to continue with her mission of creating a makeup brand for EVERYONE. When Fenty Beauty launched in Fall 2017, it offered a game changing 40 shades of foundation. The Effect was immediately felt with the company bringing in $72 Million within its first month. Rihanna not only proved that her products were of superior quality than competitors’, but also that previously neglected markets were untapped gold mines. Competitors are scrambling to imitate Fenty’s approach, but the brand has already become a staple in many people’s makeup bags. A Night Out is our way of celebrating all that Fenty Beauty has accomplished thus far.

One of the driving design principles behind our campaign was inclusion. While working with the Fenty Beauty brand we knew that it was important to showcase a diverse group of people in our Fenty Face gallery as well as in our videos. We want consumers to know that anyone can join the Fenty Family, whether that be through purchasing the beauty products, merchandise, or streaming the music. What we know is that Fenty fans are loyal and more than willing to shop with a brand that they know cares about them. By focusing on the experience, rather than the product, we want users to know that Fenty Beauty can be applicable to all lifestyles and seeks to support and uplift others in our beauty community. 

What's next?

There is a lot in store for A Night Out so stay on the look out! If you don't already, make sure you follow all of our social media. That's where we will be posting important news! What you need to know now is that we will be doing a giveaway for fans that send us their own Night Out pictures and videos. The album will be hitting streaming platforms soon, and if you keep your eyes peeled you might see our bag making a cameo in some popular artists' music videos!

There are also rumors of a deluxe album in the works... if that's true then new products could be expected also!
